Hey,

I created a web url thats encoding a email in the parameter of a web api to base 64, however, when the email encodes to base64 and has "=" in the parameter url, it seems that the url it gets in the backend does not have the "=" sign in it...  Is there anyway to allow the url to recognize the "=" signs? Or can you point me to the file that modifies that?
